I am recruiting for a new client that is recruiting for a PA to join the company, to work closely with the Directors.This role has options for anyone who is keen to work in a hybrid role split with home and office.The role:Meet and greet visitors.Manage the diaries of the Directors, by liaising with clients to ensure timely meetings are arranged, preparing the meeting information and updating the relevant databases.Support the Managing Director by making all travel arrangements, co-ordinate daily diaries, managing expense claims.Expenses for the Heads of businessCo-ordinate travel requirements and book hotels, arrange transport.Arrange Strategy, HOD and Team meetings including collation of agenda, collation and circulation of minutes.Manage all office supplies and maintain relationship with suppliers including, but not restricted to:Cleaning ServicePitney BowesRoyal MailBuilding ReceptionistShredding Co.Liaise with partners (Solicitors/Accountants) on a quarterly basisWork alongside Operations Manager with leads/prospects and KPI reports for the monthly reports.For this role you must be able to demonstrate that you have previously worked within a corporate working environment, ideally in the Legal, Accountants sectors, we would also look at Financial services or Banking.You will need to have strong computer skills, which must include, Power |Point, Excel and Word.Strong attention to detail, with experience of attending board meetings with taking minutes or shorthand.Well presented, with a positive attitude, attention to detail and strong communication skills.Salary is paying circa 27 - 35k (DOE)Job Types: Full-time, PermanentSalary: £27,000.00-£35,000.00 per yearEdit jobOpen
