A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Mortgage Advisor who is fully CEMAP qualified and has buy to let and HMO experience. You will be confident and ambitious with excellent communication skills to be able to liaise at all levels. You must be literate and numerate with strong IT skills, a team player with good sales acumen and someone who will be committed to our company. Experience required: - Previous mortgage broking experience of two or more years.- Previous experience with corporate lets, HMOs Student accommodation and commercial finance. - Experience with buy to let mortgages or complex buy to let. The role will include but not limited to: - Interfacing. - Dealing with our clients, solicitors and lenders. - Case management. - Identifying requirements and finding suitable lenders. - Sales and follow ups. Driving licence essential.In return, you can expect a competitive basic salary + excellent commission structure plus OTE in excess of £70,000.
