Job Description

My client is looking for a Marketing Executive with law firm experience to join their law firm in Chippenham, Wiltshire.My clients award-winning firm stands apart from other practices; they are incredibly entrepreneurial, creative and offer great flexibility to their staff. Their success is down to their people and the strong relationship they have builtwith their clients.The RoleThis is a new role to support a dynamic, forward-thinking and progressive marketing team. To align the marketing output with the firms ambitious strategic plans, we are looking for a positive, creative and hardworking marketer to join the ranks.The role is yours to grow and develop and the opportunity is there for you to bring your ideas, skills and knowledge to the team. They are open to applications from Marketing Executives who feel they have something to offer and are keen to learn and growwithin the role, as well those from experienced marketing professionals who can hit the ground running and make a big impact at Goughs Solicitors.The role will be varied and dynamic and you will be given the autonomy to manage regular tasks for the department such as:

  • Co-ordinating the day-to-day marketing activities for the firm to ensure all pre-arranged activities are executed in a timely fashion.
  • Contributing to new and additional marketing campaigns as required.
  • Closely monitoring competitor activities to ensure we consistently stand out from the crowd.
  • Maintaining the firms website.
  • Attending department and sector meetings to present the latest marketing findings from analytics.
  • Taking responsibility for the administrative tasks that sit within other core activities.
  • Managing the administration of all client satisfaction surveys.
  • You will also be assisting and supporting other members of the team with other marketing activities.
The role will allow you to liaise and build working relationships with multiple heads of department, sector heads, partners in charge as well as contacts at external marketing and networking groups.Your Experience & QualificationsThis role is ideal if you are looking for a step up from a marketing administrate role and want to grow and learn as a marketing professional.Previous administration experience, to include the use of Microsoft Excel and Word, is required along with knowledge and experience of copy-writing, creating social media copy, gathering data and using marketing software.Should you have any questions or wish to apply please do not hesitate to contact Clear Legal and Financial Recruitment.Please Note: Due to the number of applications we receive we may be unable to respond to every application directly.
