We have an exciting opportunity for a new HR Management Lecturer to join our team on a substantial part time basis (29.6 hours p/week), delivering CIPD to students at Level 3 and 5. This role is based at our Lackham campus within our Business, IT and Entrepreneurship department.About the RoleIn the role you will be responsible for delivering outstanding teaching and assessment; ensuring all your students reach their maximum potential. You will be the main deliverer of these qualifications and will prepare schemes of work, lesson and assessment plans and contribute to the enrichment of students including supporting pastoral needs.You will ensure the resource material and teaching reflect best practice and contribute to the quality of teaching in the department measured by retention, attendance, success rates and grades.About you To apply you will hold a relevant HR qualification (Level 7 CIPD or a Higher Degree in HR/HR Management or equivalent) and have substantial experience within the industry.If you do not hold a teaching qualification, we do not mind. Pass on your industry skills and get in-house support and training. We can support you in your professional development and guide you through your journey into teaching through our "Transition to Teaching" programme.About Us The College is home to 13,000 students across four main campuses in Trowbridge, Chippenham, Lackham and Salisbury.
