Job Description

Export Assistant Circa £25,000 per annum (depending on experience) + excellent benefits Chippenham, Wiltshire 12 Month Fixed Term Contract Are you an experienced Export Assistant Do you possess strong customer service skills and have international freight experience If the answer is YES, then this could be the new fixed term opportunity you have been looking for!Working in partnership with this prestigious client, we are currently recruiting an experienced Export Assistant to join their experienced team in Chippenham. You will be supporting the Export department in managing the companys export and broader internationalbusiness.The role:

  • Order processing
  • Support international forecasting data needs and coordination with customers
  • Customer issues management
  • Administer the tender process
  • Manage and monitor international and UK Exporter mailboxes
  • Liaise with Warehouse and 3PL service providers
  • General administration
Person specification:
  • Previous export experience is essential
  • Confident liaising with customers and 3PLs
  • Problem solver
  • Pro-active and engaging approach
  • Able to work to deadlines
  • Excellent communication and organisation skills
  • Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office
Hours of work will be Monday to Friday 37.5 hours per week, however the client offers hybrid working and flexible working hours.You will be working in a stunning, newly refurbished office where you will be a valued part of a successful international company.
