Job Description

Job Title: Customer Service AdministratorLocation: ChippenhamPay Range/details: £20,000 - £23,000 + company wide bonusContract Type: Permanent Our client, a national fleet company, are seeking a customer service administrator to join their growing team, to assist the customer service advisors with the admin and data entry for various clients throughout the UK, and liaising with internal departmentsto follow up on a range of enquiries.Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Service Administrator

  • Writing up reports and notes from call operators
  • Uploading information correctly into data management system
  • Taking calls during busy periods
  • Liaising with internal departments to follow up enquiries
  • Excellent questioning and listening skills with an ability to assimilate accurate information
  • Able to instantly build and maintain rapport with a range of people
  • Articulate with a high standard of all round communication skills
Experience & RequirementsCustomer Service Administrator
  • Experience in customer service related role is essential
  • A positive, confident, and approachable style when dealing with customers and other third parties
  • Experience using a computer, internet, and email, and be able to rasp new software easily and quickly.
  • Capable of using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook to an intermediate level
  • Good communication skills
