You will form part of 2:1 package as part of this position and will have one waking night and one sleeping night.Each day, your duties will vary. These will include supporting service users with their daily living activities, eating and drinking, dressing, posture care, medication support, clinical needs, social integration activities and any other services needed. Youll work as part of a small team in the homes of our clients.The ideal applicant will have prior experience with enteral feeding and medication administration within a service users home environment however, full training will be provided.
