Job Description

Warehouse Team Leader/Warehouse Shift Manager£30,000 - £32,000Chesterfield6am - 2pm and 2pm - 10pm (Rotating weekly)This hands-on role would suit a Warehouse Team Leader who is looking to progress into a Warehouse Manager. You will be responsible for the running of the shop floor operations including but not limited to Goods In / Put-Away / Replen / Pick / Dispatch /Sample Room operations.

  • Management of 15 - 18 Warehouse Operative staff (split across two shifts)
  • Working on Resource Planning and spread of workforce to achieve daily output.
  • Run daily data checks to ensure the smooth running of operations.
  • Work with our WMS & ERP systems to ensure priority of what we do is achieved and no system issues.
  • Problem solve and analyse to root cause to maintain an efficient working environment.
  • Raise process and operational improvements and enhancements.
  • Supporting all team members & driving and monitoring productivity in all areas.
  • Reporting daily to senior management.
Skills Required:
  • Warehouse Management Experience.
  • WMS & Handheld Scanner Experience.
  • Motivating attitude.
  • Problem solving to root causes.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Be able to work in a fast-moving environment.
