Excellent role on offer for an experienced MIG Welder to join a market leading company, where you will receive specialist training to become an expert commercial vehicle bodybuilder and earn an excellent living.Do you have strong MIG welding and fabrications skills Do you want training to be an expert in vehicle bodybuildingThis company are a main dealer for a market leading manufacturer in the materials handling industry. They operate in the Midlands and Yorkshire and are looking to add to their team due to growth and expansion.You will receive expert training to become a specialist in this industry.The role will involve MIG welding and fabrication to create high quality bespoke bodywork at the companys inhouse body shop. This will be to produce truck mounted bodywork including, flat, dropside and cheese wedge bodies.The hours of work are contracted 40hours, but due to demands the engineers are currently working 7:30amm-5:30pm Monday to Friday and 7:30am-3:30pm on a Friday giving 8 hours a week guaranteed overtime paid at 1.5x hourly rate.To be considered you must have strong MIG welding and fabrication skills.The role: *Monday-Friday, 40hours a week + 8 hours overtime at 1.5x rate *Training and progression opportunities *£23,000-£27,000 OTE £35,000 + Overtime+ Training + Benefits *MIG welding and fabricationThe person: *Strong MIG welding and fabrication skills *Must live within commutable distance to ChesterfieldMIG Welder, Welding, Fabrication, Welder/fabricator, Bodybuilder, Commercial Vehicle body, bodywork, Plant, Access, Materials Handling, Hydraulics, Mechanical, Chesterfield, Derbyshire, Sheffield, Worksop, Mansfield, Nottingham, Alfreton.
