Elevation Accountancy and Finance are excited to be working with a very well established business based in the Chesterfield area in their search for a Temporary Finance Administrator.Responsibilities:* Batch and electronically deliver worksheets and invoices to Avant Homes Regional Teams to deadlines to meet the terms of payment required by the suppliers* Resolving invoice queries with the regional teams* Resolving invoice queries with suppliers* Providing daily cover on the shared email inbox - rota by week* Processing the returns of the regional worksheets, ensuring appropriate authorisations are in place ahead of making payment. * Any other duties as reasonably requestedIdeal canditate:* Strong Outlook skills* Good IT skills* Strong communication skills required when dealing with suppliers & colleagues* An accurate and methodical approach* An organised and motivated outlook* A strong ability to work to deadlines* A flexible attitude and Team player mentalityPlease click apply now if you are interested.
