The role requires a Technical Engineer with experience in Microsoft environments, cloud services like Azure and Office 365, and knowledge of DNS & IP. Strong communication skills are essential,as youll interact with clients to ensure service satisfaction and resolve issues.Overview of the RoleProvide technical support across various technologies.Troubleshoot and resolve issues within SLA.Handle IT project implementations from planning to installation.Team ResponsibilitiesYoull join a team providing remote, telephone, and onsite support. Your role includes:Offering 1st, 2nd & some 3rd line technical support.Resolving IT issues remotely and onsite.Supporting server & network infrastructure.Conducting server maintenance and project work.Diagnosing Internet connectivity & Wi-Fi issues.SkillsExcellent problem-solving, system administration, and documentation skills are required.Personal AttributesTech enthusiast with strong interpersonal abilities.Self-directed with good prioritization.Supportive team member eager to learn and grow with the company.Qualifications and ExperienceWillingness to travel (company transport provided).5+ years in a similar IT role.Experience with MSPs, Microsoft technologies, cyber security, cloud technologies, Hyper-V, and backup solutions like Veeam.
