As a leading community provider we are at the forefront of this exciting future, joining-up services in local communities to better meet the individual needs of our patients.DCHS is a top performing NHS Trust that strives for innovation and improvement for the service and individuals that work within it, we currently have the following opportunity available.Systems and Information Officer (full time) 12 months fixed term contractThe purpose of the role will be to assist in developing and maintaining Electronic Staff Record (ESR), the eRostering system (Healthroster) and other relevant HR Information Systems, engaging with clinical and non-clinical teams throughout both Trusts as required to maximize necessary system functionality and benefits.The role will also involve providing advice, guidance and training in relation to ESR, eRostering and any other HR Information Systems managed by the team.The values for both trusts set out in the Job Description are demonstrated and lived out every day; from our specialist clinicians to our administrative and support staff, everyone shares the same passion for delivering the best experience possible for our patients.If you embody these commitments, we would like to hear from you!This post is ideal for an individual with a good working knowledge and experience of maintaining and developing ESR in order to ensure full functionality of the system and providing an efficient customer focused support throughout both Trusts.
