Job Description

Are you looking for a permanent role as a Stock Condition Surveyor within a public sector organisation We are working with an affordable housing provider in Chesterfield who offer the following benefits: Training from Consultancy (Savills) for first few months Local government pension scheme 25 days annual leave rising to 30 days after 5 years Laptop/phone/tablet provided Flexi time Can purchase extra annual leave The Stock Condition Surveyor role involves surveying residential properties to collate data, reporting on a wide range of property information to facilitate: The information used for property option appraisals - to ensure properties are utilised to their maximum potential The production of accurate major works programmes Production of accurate cost information for leaseholders, prospective purchasers and finance department Carry out Stock Condition Surveys, on site validation and verification works You will be required to call the tenants and book them in yourself. Undertakes HHSRS assessment (in accordance with Housing health and safety rating system (HHSRS): guidance for landlords and property-related professionals)The Ideal candidate will have: Current knowledge of health and safety legislation and requirements Knowledge of compliance issues related to social housing.
