Im looking to recruit a temporary stock and administration assistant to work for my client based in the Calow area of Chesterfield . The role will commence on Thursday 01st April and the hours of work will be 08.00am - 13.30pm each day over, Monday to Friday for 28 hours per week. The duties will involve:- Documenting calls and liaising with suppliers - Ordering and management of stock - Working in a customer facing environment - Using spreadsheets, Microsoft packages and company bespoke systems- Delivery of sterilised products to required departments - Able to work to scheduled times - End to End process for stock order and supply. Please note this is working within a health care environment and can involve moving linen and stock, so there may be an element of lifting with this role.
