Elevation Recruitment Group Engineering & Manufacturing has an opportunity for a skilled bench joiner/CNC operator to join a market-leading manufacturing company based in Chesterfield.The role of the skilled bench joiner will be based in the woodshop and work closely with the design team to produce high-quality housings as part of the production process. You may also get involved with the product installation at a number of sites.The salary is £28,000 to £32,000 pa based on experience. The working hours are 8.30 am to 4.30 pm Monday to Friday.Duties and Responsibilities include (but not limited to):* Interpret CAD design and engineering drawings* Use CNC Operated machinery and joinery hand tools such as drills, sanders, routers, and portable machinery* Book out appropriate stock and materials and check stock levels to your orders* Work efficiently to product lead times to produce work of a high qualityThe successful candidate will need to demonstrate the following skills and experience:* Experience setting & operating CNC Routers, or other woodworking CNC machinery as a time served/qualified joiner* Excellent attitude to work and producing high-quality parts* Experience working within a collaborative enthusiastic team* Excellent attention to detail and quality drivenThis is a fantastic opportunity to join a great company producing innovative and visionary products.If you want to discuss this position in more detail, please call Anna Morgan at the Elevation Recruitment Group.Elevation Recruitment Groups Engineering & Manufacturing division work with a vast range of businesses across Yorkshire and Humberside, Lincolnshire, and East Midlands regions.
