Job Description

Senior Recruitment Consultant – Sheffield – Up to £30,000 + BenefitsChase & Holland has been standing out in the specialist recruitment industry for over a decade. When asked, they put their success down to hardwork and a collaborative approach.Recruitment Consultant Responsibilities:

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients
  • Cold calling potential clients to gain new business and better understand their needs
  • Attending regular client meetings
  • Working in partnership with clients to fill all given vacancies
  • As a specialist recruiter you will advise clients of the candidate market and any key trends
  • Using a company database, job boards, adverts, and social media to source candidates
  • Meet with candidates to discuss their experience, preferences and needs
  • Developing trusting relationships with candidates through offering support and honest advice
  • Providing excellent aftercare to placed candidates and their employers.
Hours:Full-time, Monday to Friday 36 hours a week with an early finish on a Friday.Required Skills & Experience:
  • To be considered for this role you must have a genuine interest in building relationships with both your candidates and clients
  • Previous experience of working within a recruitment role
  • You will be a confident communicator both verbally and written
  • Ideally you will be a graduate ready to start a career that offers realistic progression opportunities
  • Naturally, you will be a resilient person who has both drive and ambition to succeed
  • To succeed in recruitment you will be self-motivated and able to work often to tight deadlines.
