Job Description

The service and repair team are looking for an outgoing Senior Engineer to join their Chesterfield branch.This is a permanent role working 40 hours a week, Monday to Friday from 8am - 4.30pm with overtime as and when the business requires.About the roleYour main duties would be:

  • Servicing both the customer’s and company’s hire equipment
  • Triage of hire equipment
  • Providing tech support to customers over the phone
  • Training customers or staff on repairs
  • Visiting sites to service breakdowns
  • Servicing a variety of equipment including mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic and generators
    • About youA formal qualification to HNC or above standard in either Mechanical and or Electrical Engineering is required, as you’ll be servicing a range of equipment. Practical experience in any engineering role such as mechanical engineering, hydraulics, pneumatics and electronics would be desirable.A full UK driving licence is required for this role as you’ll occasionally be visiting customers sites to service breakdowns.About your development and benefitsWe aim to unlock your potential and equip you with all the skills required to move to the next stage in your career with us.
