Field Sales ExecutiveBasic salary circa £25,000 + car + benefitsBased in Chesterfield covering Yorkshire, Lincolnshire and across to ManchesterA fantastic opportunity to join a growing company who are expanding their business sales team! If youre looking for the next step in your career and have some field based sales experience, youll receive excellent industry sector training and the opportunity to grow and develop.The Role:* Youll be selling steel galvanising services into the fabrication and construction sector to small and medium size clients* Growing business with existing and lapsed customers as well as new business generation* Your time will be spent realistically with 3 days a week face to face with clients and around 2 days in the office although initially this may be more office focused whilst restrictions due to the pandemic are in place.* Based from Chesterfield youll be covering an area moving north into Yorkshire, across to Lincolnshire and over towards Manchester.* Building relationships internally with the production department to ensure requirements are communicated and timescales are managed effectively.* Youll learn to produce quotations and review and progress them through to completion.* Part of the role will include updating the CRM system and producing regular reports on sales and activity.The Person:* Were looking for someone who has great communication skills and some sales experience, ideally out on the road but additional experience in internal sales would also be really useful.* Industry related experience isnt necessary as full training will be given, just the ability to learn a new market and relate to customers in the construction and fabrication sector.* Youll need to live within travelling distance of Chesterfield for those days based in the office.* Good IT, numeracy and literacy are required and youll be comfortable completing regular reports.* Our culture is really important to us so someone personable, enthusiastic and driven would be a great fit.
