Job Description

At Perrys, we are looking for our next rising star!We put our ethos of "people first" in to everything we do, whether its the first-class customer service we deliver, the excellent aftersales advice or the way we train our employees, our people always come first.Due to continued success and growth, we are now looking for a Used Cars Sales Administrator based at our Ford site in Chesterfield.What will my new role involveJoining the Perrys team as a Sales Administrator, the role provides administration support to our busy Used Car sales team. On a daily basis, this will involve: -

  • Bringing vehicles into stock, updating and maintaining stock records
  • Invoicing of vehicle sales including input of vehicle costs and income lines
  • Setting up work lines to be carried out in the workshop onto stock and sold vehicles
  • Ensuring vehicles are correctly stock funded
  • Ensuring vehicle tax reminders for company vehicles are completed on time
  • Ensuring all documentation relating to vehicle delivery is completed accurately and on time and meets audit and FCA requirements
  • Providing the sales team with support and effective communication
  • Maintaining accurate filing and system records
  • Providing assistance when required during peak periods and holidays to fellow Sales Admin colleagues
  • Any ad hoc administration tasks as required to support the sales team and managers
  • Our ideal Sales AdministratorWe are looking for a professional individual ideally with previous vehicle administration experience, who has a keen eye for detail, can work to tight deadlines and is able to prioritise workload with an organised, thorough and methodical approach to paperwork.
