Job Description

THE COMPANY:We are looking for an experienced Sales Administrator to cover a 12 month maternity contract in Chesterfield - you must be available for an immediate start w/c 7th December. THE JOB:Supporting the Operations Director, you will work in a small team, providing full administration support within a fast paced manufacturer in Chesterfield. Duties & Responsibilities include:

  • Processing sales orders
  • Updating database
  • Taking all incoming calls into the business - directing or taking messages as required
  • Liaising with other departments
  • Setting up meetings and organising refreshments
  • Matching GRN to invoices
  • Creating invoices against delivery notes
  • Office administrative tasks
  • THE PERSON:
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Confident, friendly telephone manner
  • Can work at pace and under pressure to meet deadlines
  • Microsoft Office skills including Excel, Outlook and Word
  • Organised and methodical with high attention to detail
