Job Description

Sales Administrator – Chesterfield - Competitive SalaryChase & Holland are excited to be working with an innovative globally recognisedbusiness based in Chesterfield, who are looking for aSales Administratorto join their team. We are looking for someone with experience in an administration rolewith excellent organisations skills. Key Responsibilities:
  • Processing sales orders, quotations, returns and invoices
  • Support customers via phone and e-mail
  • Provide accurate information on products and stock
  • Updating customers on the process and delivery times of orders
  • Ensure customers are up to date with new products and promotions
Required Skills & Experience:
  • Strong communication and customer service skills (written and verbal)
  • Accurate data entry skills
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and work to multiple deadlines
  • Good IT skills
