You will be the first point of contact for all of our residents to make sure everything is running smoothly. Offering a high quality neighbourly service to all residents on leasehold schemes appropriateto their individual and collective needs. This will include visiting each resident and dealing with any queries. Social interaction and wellbeing is a key part of your organising social events and outings. Your role must ensure income is maximised and thescheme maintains the highest possible standards of cleanliness and appearance.The working pattern can be discussed at interview there is flexibility based on the residents needs, the role is part time working 18 hours a week.For more information please download our job profile available on our website.More about you Strong organisation, administration and time management skills are essential. Ideally you will have experience dealing with an elderly client group and an understanding or experience in the care sector would be an advantage. As you will be working closelywith our customers and service providers it is essential that you are able to create and maintain effective working relationships. We are looking for someone who can use their initiative and is eager to contribute towards making positive changes.
