Are you someone who is methodical and process-driven Do you have experience in working with Far-East suppliersA business in Chesterfield is on the lookout for a Purchasing Expeditor to join their team. The business has gone from strength-to-strength post-pandemic, with more support needed to cover their Far-East suppliers.Day to day youll be responsible for expediting the purchase order process from placing orders, getting suppliers to work within lead times and arranging shipping with freight forwarders. Experience and knowledge of shipping and container issues will behighly advantageous.There will also be elements of supporting supplier evaluation and researching potential new suppliers to find the most cost-effective solution for the business.Youll need to be very methodical, process-driven and good at handling large amounts of data and SKUs.
