Production Team Leader (3-shift)£27,000-£30,000 + Progression + Training + Overtime + 3-shift pattern + Healthcare Scheme + Company BenefitsChesterfieldAre you a Team Leader or similar from a Manufacturing / Production background looking for a varied and autonomous role where you will oversee a tight-knit team and have a direct impact on Production Processes as you work on a 3-shift pattern for a market-leadingspecialist Manufacturer who pride themselves on their ongoing progression pathways in a role offering overtime to boost your earningsThis market-leading Manufacturer of specialist roofing and flooring products for a range of Civil, Residential and Commercial. They have grown since their establishment 100 years ago to be a powerhouse in their industry and are looking to further grow theirteam.In this varied role you will be responsible for autonomously overseeing various teams on shift of up to 25 employees as you work with Maintenance and Engineering Managers in addition to deputising for the Shift Leader. You will have a key focus on undertakingplanning and organisation of shift activities in addition to overseeing continuous improvement and maintenance projects.This role would suit a Team Leader / Supervisor from a Manufacturing / Production / Engineering background or similar looking for a dynamic and varied leadership role where you will be responsible for a tight-knit team within a market-leading company whooffer continual opportunities for progression and trainingThe Role:

  • Managing on shift teams of up to 25
  • Overseeing KPI activity and Compliance to processes
  • Leading Training and Development of staff
  • Supervision of Maintenance and Continuous Improvement projects
  • Working closely with the Engineering Manager, Maintenance Manager and Warehouse Supervisor
  • Deputising for Shift Manager
  • Rotating Shift pattern of 06:00-14:00, 14:00-22:00, 22:00-06:00 (Monday-Friday)
