Elevation Recruitment Group are currently seeking a knowledgeable and driven Workplace Pension & Compliance Manager for a growing and well established business based out of their office in Chesterfield.The purpose of this role is to ensure the department is compliant with the legal duties required for PAYE and auto enrolment including reconciliations of deductions and payments to pension providers.Duties & Responsibilities will include:* Ensure the legislative requirements of auto enrolment are adhered to* Monitor and respond to staff and client queries in a timely manner* Reconciliation of pension and PAYE records* Provide advice to clients on pension schemes* Set up new pension schemes* Work with non-payroll clients on their schemes* Identify new fee sources* Follow internal policies* Provide timely progress reports to line manager* Maintain legislative knowledge* GDPR compliance* Ensure files/documents are completed to a high standard for any Pension Regulator inspectionSkills & Experience required:* 2 years experience of workplace pensions* Extensive knowledge of PAYE and auto enrolment legislation* Extensive knowledge of regulatory requirements* Ability to quickly assimilate and adopt internal policies and procedures* Ability to speak to clients regarding legislation and their duties* Ability to manage team to ensure processes are followed for accurate results* Reactive to new legislation or urgent issues* Ability to work both independently and as part of a teamIf you meet the criteria for this role, and are interested in being put forward please do not hesitate to apply or contact me to discuss.
