Job Description

I am currently working with a fantastic client based in Chesterfield who are looking for an experienced Payroll Administrator to join their team. This position is on a full-time permanent basis. The ideal candidate will have experience with end-to-end payroll with a minimum of 2 years experience in this field. The role encompasses preparing weekly, fortnightly, and monthly payroll for a portfolio of around 30 separate clients. Your duties will include:- Administer weekly, fortnightly and monthly payrolls ensuring accuracy.- Process year end payroll submissions, including P60s and P45s.- Prepare and maintain payroll records.- Support the Payroll Manager and wider team when required.- Maintain excellent relationships with existing clients.- Answering routine queries regarding payroll, PAYE, NIC and escalating more complex queries to Payroll Manager.This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate with end-to-end payroll experience to work as part of a friendly team. On completion of induction and training, hybrid working will be offered with 2 days in the office per week and 3 days working from home.
