Job Description

Job Title: Order ProcessorSalary: £23,000 - £25,000 per annumAre you passionate about precision and accuracy Do you thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our clients team as an Order Processor. As an Order Processor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient processing of customer orders. Your responsibilities as Order Processor will include:

  • Reviewing and processing customer orders accurately and efficiently
  • Liaising with internal departments to coordinate order fulfilment
  • Resolving any order-related queries or issues in a timely manner
  • Maintaining accurate records of orders and customer communications
  • Providing excellent customer service and building strong relationships with clients
To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • Previous experience in order processing or a similar administrative role
  • Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
