Multi Skill EngineerFull Time (40 Hours)£20 P/HChesterfieldWe are recruiting a Multi Skill Engineer in the Chesterfield area to provide a variety of different services within an office environment. The role will be focused on fabric maintenance, fire detection, fights and protections systems, pre-planned maintenance,reactive repairs and general handyman work. A company vehicle will be provided as well as a full tooling kit.Duties and Responsibilities of Multi Skill Engineer:* Ensure all Environment/Temperature Control rooms and equipment are available for end users, keeping downtimes to an absolute minimum.* Fault find and carry out repairs on all mechanical / electrical systems and HVAC equipment.* Ensure the sites logbook is kept up to date, making sure all losses, recoveries and additions are recorded appropriately.* Be responsible for the maintenance and operational upkeep of portable and fixed equipment.* Undertake any other engineering tasks as required by the Line Manager.* Occasional light office moves and installation of furniture.* Basic handyman skills - i.e TV Bracket, minor painting touch ups.Essential:* Electrical/Mechanical Engineer qualifications to NVQ Level 2.* Fully confident with all major systems and equipment.* Experience of maintaining all relevant mechanical and electrical to clearly defined criteria.* Be able to read and work to mechanical and electrical schematic drawings.Please apply with your up to date CV for immediate consideration.
