Gi Group are recruiting for Mould/Grinding Operative on behalf of our client based in Holmewood, Chesterfield. We are looking for hard working, reliable individuals whom are willing to work as a part of a team and attain high quality standards. ** Please note: this role requires a lot of heavy lifting **WORKING HOURS: Monday to Thursday, 07:30-16:30Friday, 07:30-12:30 SALARY:£9.50 an hour.RESPONSIBILITIES:* Manufacture products using moulding and grinding machinery.* Metric and Imperial weighing/measuring. * Mixing of materials.* Report any issues to shift supervisors. * Hitting and maintaining production targets.* Carrying out quality checks on products and reporting any anomalies. * Performing regular machinery checks to ensure they are working at maximum efficiency. * Adhering to strict health and safety measures. * Working as a part of a team.BENEFITS:* Full first day induction, on the job training as and when required.* Free parking.
