TEACHER OF MFLWHATS THE JOBEducation World are seeking a qualified Teacher of Modern Foreign Languages (MFL) to work in a secondary school in Chesterfield (Derbyshire). This is a part-time role (3 days a week - Monday, Wednesday and Friday) and is on a contract cover from January 2021 until summer 2021.You will be teaching all KS3 and KS4 year groups German,, French and Spanish across a variety of skills, ages, challenges and abilities. You will be teaching all 3 languages of German, French and Spanishas set out in the National Curriculum - GCSE EDEXCEL exam board.School hours are 8:15am to 3:20pm - although may require you to stay longer on certain days. It is an academy Secondary mainstream School with excellent feedback, reviews and outstanding Ofsted reports and inspections.Planning and marking will also be required.PAYYou will receive £100 - £165 per day depending on your experience, pay-scale, skill set and qualifications.SUITABLE PEOPLE WILL NEED THE FOLLOWING:

Previous experience teaching German, French and Spanish (or at least 2 of the 3)

Available 3 days a week (Monday, Wednesday and Friday) during normal school term time

Experience of working in a Secondary mainstream school (Although experience in a Primary School or SEND School or alternative provision setting is acceptable)

Qualified teaching status / PGCE qualification

Ability to build a good rapport with pupils and staff alike.

A committed and dedicated character with a passion for helping children and engaging young people

A strong, mature yet down-to-earth classroom management ability.

Can follow policies and procedures set out by the school
