The role is instrumental in working with the support / Infrastructure teams and delivering improvements in customer support and experience, while maintaining inventories for both hardware and software.This is an exciting time to be part of growing company where you will be able to make a difference and realise personal development.Infrastructure Manager - About the role:The Infrastructure Manager role will primarily be office based in the Chesterfield office,( some remote working is available) working closely with a small team of technical engineers who provide effective solutions to escalated technical issues and providea high level of technical expertise to the business.As Infrastructure Manager you will be responsible for ensuring the team performs to the highest levels and SLA commitments are met with exceptional customer service and deliver KPIs and operational / business plans. You will be involved in managing complexIT issues ( incidents and problems) and critical IT outages. You will need to have strong communication skills, both written and verbal and the ability to take ownership of incidents, whilst ensuring issues are being prioritized and resolved effectively.This role reports directly to the Head of IT and will ideally need some technical understanding of some of the following technologies: Networking, VMWare, Citrix, O365, Cloud,Infrastructure Manager - Key Responsibilities:
