HR Manager | Chesterfield | Permanent | Up to £40,000We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Manager for a stand-alone role within a successful professional services company. This is potentially a great role for a stand-alone HR Advisor or BusinessPartner, looking for that step in to a HR Manager role, or an experienced HR Manager looking for a new opportunity within a company that offers areally positive working environment. This successful individualwill value relationships and build strong connections with line managers - supporting them with all people queries, ER matters, performance management and training across the full employee lifecycle.You will also be responsible for:Developing, implementing and maintaining HR Policies and Procedures to drive forward the people plan.Supporting managers and further develop the performance review programme.You will take responsibility for recruitment, you will advertise, manage agency partners and attending and arranging interviews/assessments.Developing and maintain an effective talent pipeline across all areas of the business.Editing and update the Employee Handbook and all associated policies and procedures.Supporting the training strategy.Producing monthly MI and statistics reports.To win in this role, it certainly requires someone who can spin lots of plates at once and work at a good pace.What we are looking for:You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be highly organised, and have the ability to work independently.
