Job Description

Sacco Mann are recruiting for an exciting HR Manager role at an award-winning law firm based in Chesterfield! We are looking to speak with CIPD qualified and experienced HR Managers to work at a fast-moving and expanding business!The firm have several offices based across Nottinghamshire and Derbyshire and are a leading firm within the legal industry.This is a generalist role and will involve managing the day-to-day HR management including:

  • Working alongside Management where you will be supporting them and their teams covering all HR queries.
  • Responsible for recruitment of the firm, including advertising, managing agency suppliers and interviewing.
  • Responsible for updating the Employees polices and handbook.
  • Performance Management/Employee relations including disciplinary, grievance and redundancy procedures.
  • Managing employees holiday and absence leave
  • Maintaining HR records for the company
  • Reporting month MI relating to the HR department.
This role is available due to an upcoming retirement, and the firm are looking to speak with current HR Managers with a minimum of 5 years generalist experience and a CIPD qualification.
