Job Description

HR Manager – Chesterfield – £45,000 - £50,000Chase & Holland are excited to be working with a fantastic reputable organisation in Chesterfield who are looking for an ambitious HR Manager to not only join the team but develop the HR function further. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop and progressalongside the organisation with a real opportunity to make a difference. The successful candidate will play a key role in providing HR expertise across the organisation. This is a genuine chance to work closely with an ambitious Chief Operating Officer whereyou will need to manage all HR matters in a standalone role. HR Manager Responsibilities:
  • Driving alignment between HR strategy and business goals
  • Managing talent and succession planning
  • Supporting change management processes
  • Participate in the implementation of specific projects, procedures and guidelines
  • Managing complex employee relations
  • Providing advice managers on the terms and conditions of employment and knowledge sharing best practice
  • Developing HR policy and procedures to drive performance and mitigate disputes
  • Continuously monitor and review HR policies and processes and implement changes where necessary
  • Designing and implementing learning and development policy
  • Providing first line advice on current and existing benefits for employees and managers
  • Providing advice on recruitment and selection strategies, supporting the recruitment process
Required Skills & Experience:
  • CIPD Level 7 as a minimum
  • Experience in a HR Management position with a hands-on approach
  • Have excellent organisational skills and have the ability to work autonomously
