Job Description

Job Title: HR Data Analyst Assistant Location: UK-Derbyshire-Chesterfield Overview:

  • Support the HR Data Team in provision of HR data for Markerstudy Group, ensuring accuracy, governance and a single source of truth for HR data and metrics.
Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for maintaining accurate, regular data provisions to the TD Training system, Kallidus, resolving any issues where required.
  • Assist with the production of Weekly and Monthly MI to provide visibility on key indicators and staffing lists.
  • Produce both scheduled and ad-hoc reports as required by HR, Managers or Senior Management Team to a high level, and within set timeframes.
  • Assist in the management of the annual leave module and be able to produce reports and answer queries confidently.
  • Developing and maintaining a bank of self-service reports available to the HR team and wider business based on specified user requirements.
  • Maintain automated and manual HR information systems in relation to staff including the HR database, eFiles and other record systems to ensure that documentation is easily accessible, current, and in line with GDPR legislation.
  • Proactively identify and address any issues or inconsistencies with HR data, carrying out regular data audits, and rectifying any discrepancies.
  • Responsible for updating SDWorx with any changes to employee data as communicated by the business.
  • Provide information and advice to employees and managers on data related queries, acting as a key point of contact for the HR data team.
  • Identify and develop improvements to HR processes and reporting, and support the team in implementing any system changes.
  • Assist with external data audits by ensuring any data requested is accurate and submitted by the agreed deadline.
  • Ad-hoc project work i.e. Retrieving data on diversity and inclusion from the business.
Qualifications:
  • Confidence working with large data sets.
  • Experienced and highly competent MS Excel User.
  • High level of attention to detail, to ensure an accurate efficient service is always delivered.
  • Experience of working in a high pressure fast-paced environment.
  • Work on own initiative and as part of a team, with the ability to organise own workload and tasks.
  • Ability to present data and information in a clear, high-quality format.
  • A willing, helpful attitude and calm professional manner.
