Job Description

HR CoordinatorChesterfield S40£DOEMy client is a full services Digital Marketing agency in Chesterfield. Due to business needs; they have a position for a HR Coordinator in their team to work on a hybrid basis.The role would suit someone who has previous experience in HR in addition to CIPD level 3 (or working towards) in addition to the following:Responsibilities

  • Support with HR Audit review.
  • Keep our HR platform (Breathe) and Employee handbooks up to date.
  • Onboard new starters and manage exit interviews for leavers.
  • Implement staff, supplier and customer surveys.
  • Run DVLA checks annually.
  • Report any problems or grievances brought to your attention.
  • Use the company CRM system and Sage to action orders / invoices as necessary.
  • Help to manage aged debtors processes.
  • Conduct credit checks on new and existing clients.
  • Manage mileage sheets.
  • Book travel and meeting space for senior team members.
  • Manage office supplies and equipment.
  • Assisting with other miscellaneous tasks related to the role.
  • Candidate requirements
  • HR admin experience
  • GCSE or equivalent - Maths and English
  • Basic level office / google suite skills.
  • Some form of knowledge using an order system PSA or similar.
  • Customer service experience and strong people skills
  • Ownership / responsibility for department or projects.
  • Flexible in your approach to tasks/objectives/getting stuck in where and when required.
  • Have good attention to detail and problem solve where necessary.
  • Sage basic entry level skills (desirable).
  • Experience working with Sales force or Advendio (desirable).
  • CIPD level 3 (Desirable).
