Job Description

Domus Recruitment are working closely with our client who are looking for a HR Business Partner to cover their North Region, which will primarily be based out of their Chesterfield Office. As a HR Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in ensuringthat employees have a positive and enriching work experience.Our client are one of the largest providers of adult social care, with over 3,600 colleagues supporting 1,100 people. This is an excellent opportunity for any experienced HR Business Partners looking to make a positive impact.Key Responsibilities of a HR Business Partner:

  • Focus on colleague experience, localised colleagues action planning post Survey & Talent mapping and retention with a focus on championing our extras platform.
  • Develop effective communication strategies that amplify the colleague voice.
  • Conduct assessments of management practices and their influence on the overall employee experience.
  • Proactively design and implement well-being initiatives to continuously enhance both physical and mental wellbeing.
  • Evaluate the impact of people practices and policies on the colleague experience while collaborating with managers to embed our preferred methods of operation.
  • Support in monitoring and enhancing key performance indicators (KPIs) across the business.
  • Engage colleagues in completing monthly and annual surveys, offering analysis and taking necessary actions to deliver on desired outcomes.
  • Oversee improvement plans, encompassing both implementation and action items geared towards enhancing culture and retention, ultimately creating an exceptional workplace for our colleagues.
Requirements:
  • Possess a CIPD qualification ranging from level 3 to 5, or actively be in the process of working towards one.
  • Be a driver and willing to travel to services within the region.
  • Display flexibility in accommodating the needs of the individuals we employ and support, recognising that this may entail adapting work schedules to successfully accomplish our objectives.
  • Possess a wealth of extensive experience in this field or a related HR position.
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills with the ability to effectively prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
