Job Description

Elevation HR are working closely with a highly successful, fast-paced and commercial business based in Chesterfield to appoint a HR Advisor to join their HR team. The role is office based, with 1 day wfh if desired.Reporting into the Head of HR the role will have responsibility for all aspects of HR across the UK (however travel will be limited). The role will be supporting stakeholders on the achievement of business objectives through the provision of a comprehensiveHR support and advisory service and will include:- Provide advice and guidance on all people related issues across the business- Ensure the business manages its people effectively, adopting best practice and complying with company values and employment legislation- Coach and support managers to manage their teams successfully- Implement policies and procedures- Manage OCC Health referrals- Liaise with HR admin and Payroll on changes to employee records- Support on recruitment processes- Support on new starter communications including contracts of employment- Represent the company where appropriate at Tribunals/ACAS disputes- Keep up to date with current ER and legislation and advice stakeholders accordingly- Support on wellbeing initiativesTo be successful you should have the following:- CIPD Level 5 or learning- Minimum of 2-3 years HR Advisor experience- Experience of operating in a complex or highly commercial organisations- Proven experience of managing complex ER to conclusion- A strong and influential communicator with high energy and positive outlookThe role offers a generous salary, car allowance and benefits as well the opportunity to work with a supportive team.If this role looks of interest wed love to hear from you.
