Job Description

SF Recruitment is currently recruiting for a Junior HR Administrator to join one of their hugely successful clients based in Burton Upon Trent.This is an excellent role for someone keen to progress and develop within a HR environment. You will also be joining a great team, with a number of people to learn from!The role is a full-time, permanent position working Monday to Friday.Typical duties will include:Creating and maintaining employee recordsUpdating databases internallyPreparing and amending HR documents, i.e. employment contracts and policiesCommunicating with external organisationsBeing the first point of contact for employees on HR related queriesHandle the majority of employee documentation, including contracts, recruitment paperwork and starter packsAssisting with any other administrative tasks as and when they arise may be necessarySupport managers during meetings, i.e. investigations, disciplinaries, grievancesCompany Benefits: Flexible working, although this role is office based, as discussed, we are able to accommodate WFH days occasionally to support work-life balance Private health and dental cover with travel insurance Cycle to work scheme Gym membership covered up to £37 a monthYou should have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages and have the ability to manage your own workload.Please apply for this role online
