Our mission is to provide affordable yet aspirational homes to our communities, ensuring that new homes are accessible and attainable for all with a productsuitable for everyone.Avant Homes are proud to employ local people across our developments and within our regional offices, teamwork is key to everything that we do.We are looking for people who want to be a part of something special, so why not start the foundations and build your career with us todayDue to continued success and future business growth, we have an exciting opportunity for a Group Systems Trainer to join our team.The RoleAre you an IT systems professional with experience of delivering, creating and developing engaging training contentAre you a strong relationship builder, a natural coach, an individual passionate about supporting colleague developmentIf the answer is yes, then look no further your next career could be with us!As our Group Systems Trainer, you will be responsible for designing and delivering IT learning solutions across our business, in order to provide a first-class training experience whilst ensuring that all colleagues have access to training courses and systemsawareness.As this is a mobile role and will involve travel to our regional offices and developments across the country, a full UK driving licence will be required.Key duties and requirementsYou will also be responsible for but not limited to;

• Planning, designing, coordinating and delivering all aspects of IT Systems training face to face throughout the Avant business.
• Identifying training needs and requirements by undertaking job specific training needs analysis.
• Designing and developing learner workbooks and training support materials including user guides, video/screen recordings etc.
• Regularly reviewing and updating training programmes and content.
• Carryout post training evaluations with delegates and line managers to ensure training is fully embedded.
• Responsibility for the maintenance and reporting on all training data and information.
• Working proactively with internal departments and our leadership team to ensure effective cross team collaboration and communication.

Who are we looking forTo be successful as our Process Systems Trainer, you will hold previous experience within a similar role, ideally for a housebuilder or construction company along with experience of the COINS ERP system - this is beneficial and not a necessity.To be considered for the role you must also;

• Possess excellent presentation and delivery skills.
• Experience of delivering face to face classroom-based training.
• Be comfortable in presenting to a wide variety of audiences.
• Be organised and structured with an eye for detail.
• Convey a flexible attitude to changing business requirements.
• Level 3 Award in Education and Training - desirable
• Experience of Microsoft Dynamics CRM - desirable
• Experience of COINS ERP - desirable
