With a commitment to excellence and innovation, we take pride in transforming spacesthrough our extensive range of flooring options.Flooring Project Manager – The Role:We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Flooring Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in overseeing and managing flooring projects between £1,000 and £300,000 from conception to completion, ensuring timely and high-qualitydelivery. This position requires strong project management skills, excellent communication, and a keen eye for detail.Flooring Project Manager – Key Responsibilities:- Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation- Coordinate with clients and contractors to understand project requirements and expectations- Lead and motivate project teams, including flooring installers and subcontractors- Ensure that project teams adhere to safety guidelines and quality standards- Monitor project budgets and expenses, identifying cost-saving opportunities- Work closely with the finance department to ensure accurate financial tracking- Implement and maintain quality control measures throughout the project lifecycle- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with industry standards and client specifications- Act as the main point of contact between clients and internal teams- Provide regular project updates to clients, addressing any concerns and ensuring satisfactionFlooring Project Manager – You:- Proven experience as a Flooring Project Manager or similar role in the construction industry- In-dept knowledge of various flooring materials, installation techniques, and industry best practices- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment- Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite- 5+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on flooring projects- Must be willing to travelFlooring Project Manager – Benefits:- Competitive salary commensurate with experience- Professional development opportunities- A positive and collaborative work environmentUniversal Flooring Specialists is an equal opportunity employer.
