We are currently working with a fantastic business based in Chesterfield with their search for an Accounts Assistant to join their team on a permanent basis to be fully responsible for managing the purchase ledger. This role would suit someone who already has some purchase ledger experience, is studying their AAT and is looking to join a team where they can progress in the future. This is a busy role in a fast paced business so were looking for someone who thrives in a pressured environment, has excellent attention to detail, good systems skills and a confident communicator. Youll be a team player and happy to help out in other areas of finance as and when required, the main duties will include;- Reporting into the Finance Manager Processing of all purchase invoice and payments in line with company policies and timescales. - Liaising with suppliers around invoice/payment queries. - Reconciling supplier statements.- Assist with month-end and other accounting tasks as required.We cant recommend this business highly enough.
