Our client is a leading manufacturer for the automotive industry and due to their continued success Staffbase have been appointed to recruit for the position of Electrical Maintenance Engineer.The successful applicant will oversee the electrical maintenance activities at our clients busy manufacturing plant near Chesterfield.The Role:Reporting to the Technical Director you will be the link between senior management and the shift maintenance team. As an experienced electrical engineer you will provide hands-on maintenance support and assist with the personal development & skills improvement the maintenance engineers.In addition you will be required to undertake various improvement projects where you will work under your own initiative to develop ideas and implement change.You will organise a team of engineers to ensure the effective delivery of planned and reactive maintenance for a highly automated production plant.
