Job Description

Digital Learning & Marketing ManagerAn exciting position has become available for a full time Digital Learning & Marketing Manager to join a friendly team based in Derby or Chesterfield. The successful candidate will work 37.5 hours per week and will earn £30,000 - £40,000 (dependant on evidenced experience & qualifications) as well as up to 15% of annual salary for exceeding Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s).As a Digital Learning & Marketing Manager you will be responsible for two critical areas of our business:

  • The development and maintaining of our online leaning platform and
  • For growth in customer acquisition and retention via all digital paid and organic channels.

Candidates should also send 3 examples of their work with the application.Role Requirements Education/qualifications:
  • Essential: Level 4 qualification (HNC)
  • Desirable: Educated to Degree level
  • Strong commercial awareness
  • Proven Experience in marketing
  • First-hand experience in creating ads for Paid Social Channels and AdWords
  • Strong analytical skills and Google Analytics experience
  • Knowledge in CRM systems such as Cognism
  • Organised with good management skills
  • Budget management experience
  • Excellent commercial acumen

  • Proven Experience in defining brand strategy and brand building

  • Role Responsibilities
  • Learning the detail of the Workpays on-line learning platform and putting in place (as a priority) the infrastructure necessary to further develop and grow this essential learning tool (experience of Moodle would be an advantage)
  • Driving growth in all online marketing channels
  • Delivering digital strategy including creation and curation of digital content for email marketing, affiliate marketing and paid social media
  • Managing a team - coordinating budgets across departments, spend and return forecasting and omni-channel strategy to hit KPIs
  • Managing the marketing content calendar, site-wide promotions and coordinating with creative teams for campaign launches
  • Management of channels on Social Ads and Adwords, including ad creation, keyword research, budget control and scaling strategy to hit KPIs
  • Sourcing and implementing a CRM to plan and pull data for marketing campaigns and to grow subscriber lists. Create both email marketing newsletters and automated email campaigns.
  • Compiling and analysing data from our Analytics, as well as on market trends, consumer behaviour, competitor activity and channel dynamics to identify market opportunities
  • Development, ideation and strategic thinking of marketing solutions
  • Driving awareness of product launches and key brand campaigns
  • Weekly Reporting to measure the efficiency and commercial success of campaigns
  • Ensuring consistent communications across all internal/external touch points
  • Execute brand awareness and marketing strategy to expand into international markets
  • Project managing digital broadcasts including Workpays flagship event, The Big Assembly.
