There are very exciting growth and acquisition plans for us moving forward so watch this space!The RoleYou will play a lead role in the ongoing development of the groups Digital CX journey. You will own the end-to-end backlog for a product, responsible for its overall quality and maturity. You will lead a virtual, multi skilled delivery team, ensuring thatthe processes for requirements gathering, prioritisation, delivery and ongoing support, are operating effectively. The Digital CX Product Lead will be responsible for: Developing the CX roadmap, aligned to key business goals, to achieve the desired and intended customer experience, uniting the business around the customer Support the delivery of the longer term CX/UC Strategy, both internally facing and externally to our customers. Responsible for ensuring that requirements gathering, refinement and prioritisation processes are effective. Responsible for owning the end-to-end product backlog and takes responsibility for story quality and maturity. Devising goal-oriented roadmaps, gaining buy-in from stakeholders and instilling a focus on MVP Leading the virtual CX product team ensuring the product vision and goals are understood so that scope is managed by the team effectively Providing direction and promoting good product management practices, across one or more agile teams. Supporting and building relationships with product and programme-level business stakeholders Facilitating workshops with senior stakeholders, negotiating conflicting viewpoints and achieving buy-in for new initiatives. Creating and implementing a process of continuous feedback and analysis on identified metrics for measuring customer experience, satisfaction, and areas of improvement. Monitoring the market and develop competitor analysis, to support the continuous development and prioritisation of key capabilities and features What skills do I need
