Job Description

Join us as a Customer Service AgentAs a Customer Service Agent, you will work in our office based in Chesterfield and will be part of our inbound customer service team.   • Deal with a wide range of telephone enquiries
  • Providing advice to customers and record accurate information
  • Deal with customer complaints
  • Process new claims
  • Process credit card payments
What is the salary and hours A highly competitive starting salary of £18,750 per annum is on offer boosted with a bonus scheme.As part of our return-to-work plan following the COVID pandemic, we are offering a joining bonus of £500 once you have successfully passed your probation period and a further £500 after 12 months service.This role will offer a hybrid working model with the site operating and open Monday to Friday 7:00am - 7:00pm. Any shifts that start or finish outside of these hours will be worked from home including weekend working.We offer a range of shift patterns to help suit a balance between work and home life. We are looking for people who want to work on a part-time and full-time basis.What benefits are there We offer 30 days holiday (inc Bank Holidays) with the ability to buy and sell more days.
