You will manage your own portfolio of claims and you will be expected to progress these claimswithin a fast-paced and performance-focused environment, where multi-tasking and prioritisation are key, to delivering a great customer experience.The primary method of communication with our customers, agents, and third parties is by telephone. The successful candidate will need to be comfortable spending a lot of their time communicating by telephone with a strong commitment to customer service aswell as an eagerness to learn.The role will have the flexibility of working between home and the office and you will be part of a dynamic and supportive team, working to the same goals.Responsibilities
