Job Description

Commercial ManagerDerbyshireC £55,000Nationwide Recruitment Service - NRS is recruiting a Commercial Manager to work for their innovative and successful client based in Chesterfield.The salary is up to £55k however the OTE is nearer £60k - £65k as it comes with a very generous discretionary bonus schemeYou will be an innovative, talented and enthusiastic Commercial Manager with a proven track record in:

  • Developing business growth.
  • Steering a company ahead for continuous growth
  • Working within manufacturing/ fabrication/ engineering/ rail/ automotive business where there are structural sections, lighting columns, and fabrication metal work.
  • Designing and delivering presentations at all levels
  • Holding meetings from shop floor to board level with ease and gravitas
  • Pricing and forecasting for work
  • Contract and price negotiations within internal and external stakeholders.
  • Weekly Revenue and Market Sectors and the accomplishment of sales and production reports
This role will suit someone who is a "go getter" with a "can do" attitude and is looking for professional/ career development within themselves and assisting a business push forward and develop, grow and success too.This is very much a hands-on role that will involve elements of financial planning, strategic Planning, forecasting, pricing, or all major work for the business.This role will be responsible for:
  • planning, setting and achieving commercial targets and commercial profitability for targets and budgets
  • Weekly, Monthly and Annual Profit and Loss accounts in return you will work for a business that is experiencing growth, looking for someone who wants to grow within the business and achieve great things!
