Renowned for excellence in delivering value and a high-quality service, they pride themselves on going above and beyond for their customersThe Position:They have an opportunity for a Customer Service / Collections Advisor to join the team on a permanent basis to provide an excellent service to their customers to achieve a right first time experience.You will deal with a variety of inbound queries via telephone, email and the portal along with supporting collections and aged debt recovery activities through outbound contact. You will also support wider operational activities including onboarding, meter readings billing and payments along with other aspects of the customer lifecycle management.What are they looking for
