Are you an experienced Care Assistant looking for a new opportunityOur client are committed to providing the highest level of care and support to their residents. They recognise the importance of providing a caring and safe environment, to enhance the daily lives not only to their residents but also to their staff.Our client provides Nursing and Residential care and support for people with Dementia. They deliver high standards of care and services to their residents.The Care Assistant roleThey are currently looking to recruit Full Time Care Assistants to work 12 hour shift patterns. Day shifts 8am till 8pm. Nights shifts 8pm till 8am including weekend shifts (on a rota basis).The ideal Care AssistantTo be considered for this role you must demonstrate knowledge and understanding of working with residents with Dementia. To succeed in the role, you must have second to none communication skills. Be enthusiastic, well-motivated, caring and provide high standards of care at all times.
